Problem Statement:
Manual attendance tracking in engineering colleges and office access control is prone to human error, proxy attendance, time delays, and tedious paperwork management.
Proposed Technical Solution:
The Arduino Smart Fan Speed Controller provides an automated hardware-software system. Utilizing high-frequency 13.56MHz / 860-960MHz UHF RFID readers connected to an ESP32 Wi-Fi microcontroller, card scans are instantly validated, displayed on an OLED screen, and uploaded via encrypted MQTT protocol to a central database.

System Workflow:
- Card Tap: User taps RFID card/keyfob near the reader antenna coil.
- UID Capture: Microcontroller captures unique 4-byte / 7-byte tag UID over SPI bus.
- Database Match: Microcontroller transmits UID to cloud web server over Wi-Fi.
- Access Grant/Deny: Server matches UID in database records; returns status.
- Notification: Buzzer sounds, OLED displays user name, and SMS/Email notification is sent.
